Let's take a quick trip back in time:
The year is 2015. I can see the first successes in the mirror. My stomach is getting smaller and my biceps are growing. Even though I've only been training for a few weeks!
My passion for weight training increases with every workout, so I am training to be a health and fitness trainer.
To this day, I am acquiring new knowledge every day. I am most interested in the subjects of anatomy, strength training and plant-based nutrition. I've been vegan since 2016. I am convinced that a plant-based diet is the basis for a healthy and powerful body.
I pass on my knowledge and experience to my customers in my coaching sessions. It is not only important to me that you achieve your goal, but also that you learn how to develop your full potential.
